Entrex, Canada's leading automatic door accessories distributor, is seeking a Technical Support person. This is a key position within our Mississauga, Ontario office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for such duties as:

• Providing telephone tech support to clients
• Developing training materials
• Supervising product returns (RMA's)
• articipating in new product testing and evaluation

Candidates MUST have:

• A minimum of 5 years 'hands on' field installation experience
• A senior level of knowledge about automatic door systems and/or access control systems, including system design and product specification
• Exceptional organizational and communications skills
• Additional skills and knowledge that would be an asset include - French language skills, project sales, and participation in product development
